Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the need82 platform, accessible at need82.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised URLs. By accessing the need82 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any game or sporting event offered through need82, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or translation dispute, the English-language version of this document shall take precedence in all circumstances.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and need82 in relation to your use of the platform. No verbal representations, informal communications, or prior agreements that contradict these Terms shall be considered binding on need82.

1.3 Platform Availability

need82 makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond need82's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. need82 shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from platform downtime, provided that need82 acts reasonably to restore access in a timely manner.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of need82 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on need82. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. need82 employs age-verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds held in such an account may be withheld pending investigation, and need82 reserves the right to report underage gambling to relevant authorities.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

need82 is targeted at the Bangladesh market. However, players are solely responsible for confirming that accessing and using online gambling platforms is lawful in their specific location. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gambling activities.

2.3 Prohibited Categories of Player

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from registering or maintaining an account on need82:

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on need82. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all pending bonuses being voided. Withdrawals from multi-accounts are subject to investigation and may be withheld.

Account Registration & Verification

The registration process is completed via the need82 Login page and requires accurate submission of the information fields specified therein.

3.1 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Valid email address that you own and control
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older
• Bangladesh mobile number registered to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account (where applicable)
• A secure, unique password of your own choosing

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending bonuses or withdrawals.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

need82 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before a player's first withdrawal is processed, and need82 may request verification documents at any stage of the player lifecycle at its sole discretion. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. need82 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify need82 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. need82 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has shared their credentials with a third party.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on need82 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). need82 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

need82 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing Times

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following standard conditions:

1. KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 across all supported payment methods.
3. Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before withdrawing to prevent payment fraud.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

need82 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and this section, the specific offer terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

need82's welcome bonus is available to new players who register and make their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus amount, match percentage, and minimum deposit threshold are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are credited as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash, and are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds — and any winnings generated from those bonus funds — can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement on need82 bonuses ranges from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry a validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

6.4 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following betting behaviours are strictly prohibited on need82 and will result in account suspension, void settlement of affected bets, and potential permanent closure:

• Arbitrage betting across need82 and other platforms using coordinated accounts
• Exploiting pricing errors or obvious mis-priced markets ("palpable errors")
• Insider trading — placing bets using non-public information about event outcomes
• Match-fixing or placing bets on markets that the player has any material influence over
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets at scale

Responsible Gaming Obligations

need82 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gambling environment for all Bangladesh players. This section describes both the player's obligations and the tools and protections that need82 provides to support responsible play.

7.1 Player Self-Assessment

Players are responsible for monitoring their own gambling behaviour. need82 strongly recommends that all players set personal deposit and session limits at the time of account registration and review those limits periodically. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income, a financial strategy, or a means of recovering prior losses.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Tools Available on need82

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Either the player or need82 may initiate the closure of a player account. The conditions and consequences of each scenario are described below.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting need82 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds and unconverted bonus winnings will be forfeited upon closure. Player-initiated closures for self-exclusion reasons are treated with higher priority and processed within 24 hours.

8.2 need82-Initiated Suspension or Closure

need82 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or financial misconduct
• Multi-accounting or registration by a prohibited person under section 2.3
• Bonus abuse as defined in section 5.4
• Prohibited betting conduct as defined in section 6.4
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at need82 staff or other players
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute instruction from a payment provider

8.3 Fund Handling Upon Closure

Where an account is closed by need82 due to a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, need82 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement authorities. Where need82 closes an account for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player within 10 business days.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. need82 will make reasonable attempts to notify the player at their registered email address before applying dormancy procedures. A dormant account administration fee of ৳150 per calendar month may be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in. No fee will be charged on an account that has a zero balance.

Additional Provisions

Intellectual Property, Liability & Dispute Resolution

Intellectual Property

All content on the need82 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and structural design — is the intellectual property of need82 or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of need82 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, need82's aggregate liability to any player for any loss or damage arising from their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. need82 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from platform use or inability to use the platform.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, bet settlement, or account action, players should first contact need82 customer support at [email protected]. need82 commits to investigating all disputes within 10 business days and providing a written response. If a player remains dissatisfied following need82's final response, they may escalate the matter through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under the laws of their jurisdiction. All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the platform's applicable operating framework.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not be affected.

Force Majeure

need82 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond need82's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or actions of third-party payment processors.
